I reviewed the project plan. I have written a number of these myself over time. Please don't be put off by the amount of suggested amendments. I have tried not only to make your project more specific in detail, to secure support for it, but I have also improved grammer, to make it readable and understandable. Hope this helps. Do not be put off by the fact that the document is an .ODT file. You can change it to .DOC (Microsoft Word file)

Hello everyone,
My Name is Peter a teacher in a Primary school in a developing country Uganda.I have loved the way teaching is good and important to the Nation.
However despite of the UPE program in Uganda there is almost no (or if any) assistance given to Primary schools in Uganda.However if we could work with Volunteers who are willing to work with teachers,,then we would be able to teacher children in a good environment which is quite had without them,Volunteers are important to everyone.

Is great to hear that we have a similar issue with Notre Dame High school Masaka.
Yes,we can put together a document describing describing where they would stay etc and a simple application form.
This will be a great start point for us,
