Assist in the creation of a 'Buterere Conference'

Our local representative and his team in Burundi have developed the idea to host a conference or a workshop in Buterere. The purpose of this will be to promote our higher learning school as well as to create a curriculum for courses. It will give youth, students, doctors, professors, etc to contribute to the development of this school and to share ideas and knowledge.
Jean-Claude writes:
We will need finances to cover some expenses:
- Fanta or lemonade during pause
- Transportation of Doctors/Professors
- pay for a Conference Room

Write a five-year plan for the school

The task is to write a five-year plan which can be presented to potential donors who think about supporting the school.
It will give them a certain degree of security to know that there is a plan, to see what the school's goals are and how it is going to reach them.
Thanks to MariaZ for the excellent idea!
Check out the link below for the discussion, and some websites MariaZ found that have step-be-step guides etc.
This task is planned to be started after some brainstorming about how the school can become self-sufficient. See the link below for results.
Help compose a letter of intent

Recently, Bramuel visited the Japanese Embassy in Kenya to inquire about funding for the new hospital construction. The Embassy in turn sent a representative to visit the hospital. They were very impressed with the overall organization and invited Arrow Web Hospital to submit a letter of intent to the Embassy. If this goes well, they may then be invited to submit a full proposal.
For this task, we are looking for experienced writers who can work with Bramuel to compose the letter of intent. Here are two resources that may be useful to help you get started:
