THE APPRETICESHIP IS ONE OF THE WAYS THE WORLD IS GETTINING PEOPLE TRAINED ESPECIALLY PEOPLE WHO CAN NOT MEET FORMAL EDUCATION AND EARN A LIVING SO A PROJECT OF THIS NATURE NEEDS TO BE ININTIATED AND SUSTAINED TO ENABLE THE LOCAL COMMUNITY CHANGE THEIR LIVELIHOOD.

Fountain Youth Group is looking for on-site volunteers to teach at local primary schools, and to provide life and business skills training to young people in the area.

Potential volunteers will need clear information on the projects, the work they will do, accommodation, costs, the local area etc.

They will also need to complete an application form providing details about themselves, their experience, and their reasons for wishing to volunteer.

We need your help to identify potential buyers for the products created by Yoshinkhel Craft. Naturally, contacts with regular institutional buyers would be most helpful. You could help by contacting your local fair trade or woolen crafts shops, or also providing emails or websites of similar shops you might know.

kirc foundation has express it desire to own a projector to carry our it HIV/AID,TB and Malaria campaign in Ghana.The projector will help use to prensent the HIV/AIDs ,TB and Malaria eduation in the form of power point presentation and vidios in local language to make the idea behand the awareness campaign understandable.This will enable the organisation display some vidios of common STI related desease.By so doing will help cause attitudenal change and help reduce the number of PLWHIVA.Thank you.

Many students travel long distances to Notre Dame High School, so board at the school during term time.

They already have a dormitory for the younger girls, and have started building one for the older girls too.

The main construction work is done, but the inside of the building still needs to be finished by completing the floor, plastering the walls, and adding windows and doors.

The estimated cost for this is 3,400,000 Ugandan Shillings (approx 1100 euros/US$1500 at today’s exchange rates). A detailed budget is attached in Excel and PDF format.
