We need a qualified web designer/master

We need a volunteer or a team of volunteers to help us design a website for BCDC projects. This will incorporate online courses, videos, music and journal articles (for download and purchase), links to our Nabuur and Twitter pages, and more. Please see the attached document for more of the website specifics.
Our volunteer(s) should be dedicated to the creation and maintenance of this website.

After courses have been planned and the school is beginning to function, we will need to develop a website for online courses and school information.

We have registered domin name for the website and we need volunteers who may know how to design the website to design one for us on this task we are looking volunteers who i can give information and he/she design a website for www.bukokholoeducationcenter.org this is our already registered domain for the village.
Create a website

Ebenezer Foundation for Rural Development is the CBO behind Nabitende Sustainable Integrated Fruit Farms.
It would like to create a website and/or a Face Book group/page to showcase Nabitende. Ugandan Diaspora could discover Nabitende on Face Book. Potential private donors/NGOs could be directed to the website.
In this task we need:
1. To create content for the Face Book page and/or website.
2. Discuss the cost of the website. Would it be possible to create and mantain one for free?
3. Create a logo for the Foundation and the Fruit Farm.
The description of the PELLITAL project

Agnam-Goly (http://www.agnam-goly.org) is an ancient village bordering the Sahara desert in Senegal, West Africa. Its 3,143 inhabitants make a living from herding cattle and farming the banks of the Senegal river. The women of Agnam-Goly supplement their familes' incomes by running their own small enterprises. Most of them earn less than two dollars a day. That's what brings Julia (an American based volunteer) and I to think about how we could help the women of my village and we came about the idea to propose Facebook users to make micro loans to the entrepreneur women of Agnam-Goly:

Donation wanted: Digital Camera Replacement for the Hospital

Earlier this year, the digital camera that was used to visually document exciting news and progress being made at Arrow-Web Hospital was stolen when Bramuel was ambushed by a group of robbers on his way home from a conference. Since that time, he has not been able to replace it.
