the name for the organization is very good, and creative. The design is nice coloured in all four samples, but I think there are too many little logo's or pictures included. Instead I would choose one, and focus on it, as maybe make it bigger, and somehow place it on the side of the letters. I especially like the two hands, they could be increased in size, probably another colour, like red, something which will draw attention.
