Attached, you will find building and cost estimates for building and additional development projects at the Primary school in Jinkfuin.
For this task, we are looking for volunteers with experience in financial matters and cost estimation to review the budget information. Please check it for anything that might be missing and make suggestions to help make each section as accurate as possible.

Bramuel researched the cost to purchase this equipment locally. Estimated costs are as follows:
X-ray machine 12,800,000 KES ($160,602.26 USD)
This one seems particularly high to me, I think possibly there was a typo in the email message, but this is based on what was in the message I received. Bramuel can you please double check this one and make sure the figure is correct?
Utrasound machine 1,127,500 KES (14,146.80 USD)
Baby incubator machine 800,000 KES (10,037.34 USD)

Bramuel and some members of the hospital Board are working on establishing a tentative budget for the building project. Bramuel asked the Board at a recent meeting to review the hospital Strategic Plan. The Board recommended that they begin looking at what steps are necessary to work toward building their own facility. This task is actually part of that review process.
Bramuel said that they should have this information completed within the next few days. One of us will post it here as soon as it's available.

Review Hospital Building Plans and a Establish Cost Estimate

Arrow-Web Hospital would like to eventually one day raise enough money to build their own hospital building. The local community has a plot of land they are willing to donate to have the building constructed. They have had plans drawn up of what they would like the building to look like.
For this task, we are looking for a person experienced in construction to review the attached building plans and work with Bramuel to establish a cost-estimate for the construction so that the local community and hospital managing committee can make plans for moving toward this goal in the future.
