Posts about Education in Liberia

Hi Mary

Thanks for the second post. It's appreciated. It's clear that I am benefiting and will benefit more by interacting with you more. I will try to provide answers and comments to the points in your post.

We have tried, on a number of occasions, to contact schools in other countries (NOT through Nabuur) for interaction between their students and those of ours; however, none of them have replied. We are really interested in creating such an opportunity between our students and those in other countries.

Hi Mary,

Thanks very much for your post, as well as the pertinent information given. I will peruse it. Welcome and thanks for joining my village. I really appreciate it. I look forward to our working together on some important project to help the school. I am convinced your long time with Nabuur, your experience and your desire to help others will definitely be useful for the village. I am still trying to get used to Nabuur. I hope you will help me, too.

Now, let me try to directly respond to some of your points:

School Closing Program in Buchanan

Our school in Africa, Help Liberia Foundation Community School, had its official closing program for the 2008/2009 academic year about two weeks ago.
