Prepare Final Report to Friends of Kenya

Now that Friends of Kenya accepted our proposal, Arrow-Web Hospital was able to purchase the remaining 8 hospital beds and bedding required to meet minimum standards for the NHIF accreditation inspection. As you know, the hospital passed the inspection on Monday. We now need to prepare a final report back to Friends of Kenya on the end result of their assistance.
Please take a look at this report and let me know if you see any mistakes or have any additional ideas of things to add. I've suggested we add a "thank you" letter at the beginning and cover page for the report. Any other thoughts? We want to get this submitted in the next few days.
