For this task, we are seeking assistance in defining what types of information, materials or other items should be made available at the information center to welcome incoming visitors and help orient them to our community.

I would like to suggest you sign up at http://www.change.org and create your website there for the time being. It's a great way of hooking up with lots of good-hearted people across the globe with your projects and you can raise funds there too! If you need help registering with Change.org, let me know and I will do it for you.

Task Progress

Just wanted to let everyone know that we are making great progress in Buterere! The tasks are being tackled and we are finding a lot of great information.
Right now we have a team of two qualified architects who are drafting what our higher learning school will look like. If anyone has any suggestions of what you think they should incorporate, please let me know. Any knowledge on what works for building in Central/East Africa (specifically Burundi) would be very beneficial.

Hi everyone-
I was able to talk with Tejanath this morning and get some updates. One of the biggest concerns that I have at this point is that the local community seems to be very focused on basing this project around the www.sankhuwasabha.com website. While I do agree that if properly developed, this can be a useful marketing tool, I cautioned again about having the website become the primary focus of this project.
