Since 2006 we successfully created Buterere Community Development Centre (BCDC). September 2011, the parents and community member in Bujumbura North Communes including Buterere, Kinama, Cibitoke, Kamenge, Ngagara, Gihosha, and Nyakabiga communes helped to launch Jeancka School, a primary and secondary programme.
