Help compose a letter of intent

Recently, Bramuel visited the Japanese Embassy in Kenya to inquire about funding for the new hospital construction. The Embassy in turn sent a representative to visit the hospital. They were very impressed with the overall organization and invited Arrow Web Hospital to submit a letter of intent to the Embassy. If this goes well, they may then be invited to submit a full proposal.
For this task, we are looking for experienced writers who can work with Bramuel to compose the letter of intent. Here are two resources that may be useful to help you get started:
Hi everyone-I hope you are all having a good weekend. Bramuel and I spoke this morning, so I wanted to update regarding a few things:
Bramuel's computer at the hospital has apparently been infected by a virus. He has taken it to be repaired and his data is backed up, but he was told they may not be able to fix it. He should know more about that tomorrow. Hopefully they will be able to remove the virus and get it up and running again very soon. He had to go to the Internet Cafe to speak with me this morning.
Happy Monday everyone! I just wanted to provide a quick update. Bramuel met with the official today from the Japanese Embassy. He was able to give a tour of the hospital and discuss everything that they've accomplished to date, as well as where they would like to be in the future. The official told Bramuel that they had visited a lot of different projects around Nairobi, but his was one of the most organized. They also extended an invitation to submit a letter of intent regarding the building project. If this goes well, they may request a full blown proposal later on, but so far so good!

Hi Marlen and David,
Now that we have identified quite a couple of organisations to contact, I think it would be good to write a letter of intent about what Kiserian is and does and what they need in order to be able to contact different organisations and not to have to write the same at each time. The letter could be posted as shared document and neighbours could use it at each moment they are contacting an organisation and just have to adapt it slightly.
I am quite busy at the moment, but maybe we could find somebody to write it.
best wishes,
Maria
