I hope the LOI was successfully developed.Its neglectable that my input was minimal,but its because of my commitments here though I believe all will be well for our village.

Yes, this task is still open. Bramuel, our Local Representative has a draft started (I think). I'll check with him when he gets back to Nairobi. If you are willing to work with him to help get this completed that would be fantastic. I'll get you details (or Bramuel will) as soon as he returns.
