Bramuel has heard back from the student group in Hong Kong. They plan to arrive in Kenya on April 12, 2010. Unfortunately, while they had thought they may be able to bring some equipment with them when they come, that will not be the case. Despite this, they are bringing a total of 7 medical students. They will also be volunteering at another hospital in Mombasa as well. The hospital staff is really looking forward to their visit.

Bramuel was recently contacted about a group of 10 medical students from Hong Kong coming to work at the hospital around December 2009. They located information about the hospital via a Google search, so the web exposure that the hospital has is really working to their benefit.

The students have also apparently indicated that there is a good chance they may be able to bring some of the needed equipment with them when they come. Details are still being worked out and we don't know for sure that this will happen yet, but so far everything sounds promising!
