In case I forget I am posting this one here as well. It came via my email. I am not sure why Tonny all of a suddenly is using the yahoo engine. Perhaps its best that Tonny Mulambe is encouraged to post his things relevant to the DPLSMCI Project. I need to work on something about the yahoo emails. If you can clary these people coming through from Yahoo, that will be very good. Be warned of scams.

This evening, I've posted information about our proposed project and partnership with the women in Yoshinkel to Givemeaning.com. In order for the project to "go live" and fundraising to begin, we need to first secure 100 votes. I am asking that all of our volunteers here please visit the Givemeaning.com site and cast your vote. Remember, this will help not only the students in Gamauli, but also the women of Yoshinkel if we can raise the necessary funds.

Hi guys,
I thought it would be good to remind what we are doing in this village
ABOUT THE PROJECT:
* We are trying to help the community solve their problem of lack of protein and malnutrition
* After a long discussion it is decided to start with milk goats
* In the short term we are aiming to ensure that every of 20 families receive ownership of one goat and to start growing from there.
Thanks Shirleen for your words of encouraging to us. This Diary project has brought knowledge and experience to the group of the youth leading the project. We are still to learn more from the international experiences in the Dairy Farming. Therefore we are appealing to the International Volunteers or students with experiences in Animal Husbandry to visit us and join us to explore this unique project in Dromankese. The farm has been recently extended to keep pigs also.
