Define the tourism project

Arun Valley Concern Center would like to support tourism efforts throughout the Sankhuwashbha district of Nepal and draw more tourists into the region. In order to help us establish a clear direction forward, we need a good project definition.
What do we want to offer in terms of support to existing tourism agencies?
What support can we offer to the local community to allow them to benefit from the tourists that come through the area?

I wanted to let you all know that I heard yesterday from Fred. We will be trying to connect via chat on Sunday at 2 PM Uganda time via Yahoo. You will see that I have updated one of the previous tasks so that we can first work with the local community to better define our project here at Nabuur. I sent Fred the "We Can Do" project definition questions and his answers are included in the task that is now posted.
Lotte you are a total gem! Thank you so much for this. I will make sure Tejanath sees it and if he agrees maybe we can structure tasks around your plan (although some already fit into it).
I think the first point is very critical-what is the vision? and what do you want to offer? This is where I feel the project is currently lacking at the moment. We talked about that a little bit today and the discussion was very focused on developing the website, which i think has a small part in the overall picture, but really doesn't show the entire scope of what a project like this entails.
