Dear all,
To all those who celebrate it, I wish you a very happy Eastern. Hope you got many Easter eggs :)
Emmanuel informed me yesterday of the meeting he attended with the youths. Unfortunately we had some technical and time problems. Hopefully next time other neighbours could join.
Here is what the youths have decided and done so far:
Poultry:
As said before, everything is ready for poultry. The youths have sprayed the house and have reserved 250 chicks and feeds ready to buy them. One of the youths promised to take care to recharge a rechargeable lamp.
Goats:

With the growth of the student population, the school needs to have the resources to accomodate all students in the community.
Specifically, the school needs:
- Classrooms
- Teachers'houses
- Laboratories
- Music and Dance Rooms
- Boys'Dormitories
- Girls'Domitories
- Non-Teaching Staff Quarters
- School Kitchen
- School Sick-bay
We need help to formulate a game plan for this big task. Any ideas?

I reviewed the project plan. I have written a number of these myself over time. Please don't be put off by the amount of suggested amendments. I have tried not only to make your project more specific in detail, to secure support for it, but I have also improved grammer, to make it readable and understandable. Hope this helps. Do not be put off by the fact that the document is an .ODT file. You can change it to .DOC (Microsoft Word file)
