Created by Jean-Claude, a new idea to fundraise for Buterere projects (Higher University and BCDC programs):
MICRO-Saving, Credit and loan program.
This program will not ask us to have money to start up, just to start mobilising local people.
How it goes:
Engagment A:
-We meet 25 members
-They donate 6 USD (during meeting)
-They will continue to do so, for a period of 9 months
Engagment B:
-Each of these 25 people will mobilise 24 new members to donate 6 USD for 9 months

I've attached the first draft of a report drafted by Jean-Claude regarding the developments at our future higher school. We need this to be edited for spelling and grammar and tidy it up so it can be posted to our blog at Wordpress, and, once our website is created, on our website (DSNews.tv - potentially).

Review of the Hospital Strategic Plan

Bramuel has asked the organizational members of Arrow Kenya to take time to review their strategic plan in order to make certain they are on target with the goals they set out to achieve. He asked me to post a copy of the plan to Nabuur to also solicit your comments and ideas.
For this task, we are asking our volunteers to review the strategic plan and provide any suggestions for revision or improvement that might be necessary to help the organization achieve their stated goals.

Okay, I heard from Bramuel today and confirmed that Steve has published the first round of edits to the website that we recommended. I only had a brief look through it, but I noticed a few things were missed: total number of patients seen each week is one. I also think information about being able to accept NHIF cards needs to be on the main page.
If you guys could please take a good look through each page and point out any needed edits, or things you see that were missed it would be very appreciated.
