I guess Mary has provided some good suggestions on the way forward in her post above, and as she has suggested, your feedback on the outcome of your discussions with your team at the village might provide possibilities worth considering by you.

I will try to keep myself updated of the progress on this thread, and might associate on this task later just in case you feel option YYY (as in my post of 21st Nov) is the way to go, and have by then worked out your answers to all my questions in my first post of 1st Nov on this thread.
