We have a group of 30 girls that have been training in business skills. They would like to package sun dried fruits and natural fruit juice. The needed equipment and initial input is $3000. We need volunteers to help us raise funds for this project. We would also like to get volunteers with expertise in processing and packaging of sun-dried fruits. Uganda has a wide variety of fruits which come seasonally and become excess, leading to waste of those that cannot be consumed immediately. Most of these varieties can be dried and used later.
