Seeking Experienced and Retired Nursing Principal Tutor

PACODET is developing a nursing school with aim of addressing the need for professionally trained nurses and midwives in the rural communities. The school being at it is infancy stages, we are careful to seek the services of an experienced and retired principal tutor from a developed country with good knowledge of the training needs in tropical Africa to come and work as a principal tutor. We will discuss the terms of condition of service with interested people. You can express your interest here or can contact us through pacodet@yahoo.com
Equipping Health Centre and Nurses Demonstration Class

PACODET is managing a health centre IV. There is basic infrastructure that includes OPD, martenity, antenatl care, and immunisation units and inpatients wards. There is also space for theatre and lab services. This unit is also being used for practicum training for nurses to some extent but lacks basic equipment. In the training side, there is demonstration classroom but also lacks nurses and midwives practical training kits. We are asking niegbhors to brainstorm and come up with speicific actions that lead to equipping of health centre and demonstration training unit.
