Find organisations and networks to share information on sustainable agriculture and rural development
CARDI would like to link up with organisations and individuals to share information on sustainable agriculture and rural development. This could be by forming direct partnerships or by joining common-interest networks, both within Uganda and internationally.
Through these links we hope to gain new knowledge and ideas which will enable us to expand our activities and make our work with local farmers more effective. We would also like to pass our own experience on to others.
In need of an International Correspondent that will communicate with other organizations as partners for Sustainable Development
In need of an International Correspondent that will communicate with other organizations as partners for Sustainable Development for the village of Jinja East, Uganda, East of Africa.
The village of Jinja East have made some significant developments in the past days. Currently we have made plans for a new approach in addressing the needs of the village such education, livelihood programs, agricultural developments and sustainable developments.
For this task we are looking for volunteers to help us identify organizations that donate/supply books or possibly local publishing houses that we might contact to help provide enough books to adequately stock our library as well as establish an appropriate ratio of text and reading books to students at the village. Books should be written in English.
