Kisa Primmary, orphanage and Vulnerable School

he goal of KisaPrimary School is to raise the academic standards of children in the area, offer quality education regardless of financial ability, furnish facilities for the local youth, and provide employment opportunities for the people of the area all within a self-sustaining environment.

In 1994, with faith Mr. & Mrs. Kibuuka started a nursery school in There son ’s plot at Nansana West 1 Zone. It was there in the small village of Nansana that took in the first four students and gave them a safe place to learn and be cared for. With so many orphans and poor children in the area needing education, the news of the school spread like bush fire.
Armed with a fierce determination to make school available to children regardless of financial ability, ….. and her family acquired 1 acres of land and built a temporally structures.

Kisa School came to be and is now on approximately 1.5 acres of land. It began as a lean-to for about 15 students. We took in the very immediate neighborhood children: orphans and one-parent children mostly, ages 3, 4, 5 and up.
