Relaunching the Education Group - come and join us!

Do you work at a primary school and need advice on exciting ways to teach science without using expensive equipment? Are you looking for ideas on how a vocational training centre can become self-sufficient by starting a small business? Is your secondary school looking for volunteer teachers and organisations who can donate books? How can your community group teach basic literacy skills to adults who have never been to school?
Would you like to assist other villages by sharing your own experience of starting a school, or are you involved in a successful school partnership?
To make it easier for Local Representatives, Facilitators and neighbours to work together across villages, we have reorganised the Education Group.
It now contains tasks for the various levels of education - primary, secondary, vocational training etc - and for common interests such as starting a school, becoming self-sufficient, finding books, equipment, working with volunteer teachers and setting up school partnerships.
So if you have education-related questions to ask, or ideas and experience to share, please come and join the discussion, everyone who has something to contribute will be made very welcome!
Great job done! I've already sent the link to the group to Rev. Wasike, our LR. I do hope we here a lot back from those doing the work in the villages.
