A NEW BEGINNING :NEW NAME,NEW CHILDREN IN THE NEW YEAR

We are now called the Grapevine Hope Centre. With new name we have been reborn again. We have received new pupils in our school. Most of the old ones have not reported back.

Since we opened for academic year 2013, we have received 15 new pupils. we have also been very busy installing a green house- an income generating activity for the sustainability of The Grapevine Hope Centre. We felt that this is the sure way to see the project grow to great height. Great thanks to the KCDF( Kenya Community Development Foundation).
I have here attached photos of the new pupils we have so far received, the front site of the school with the new name and the installation of the green house.
As the number of pupils continue to increase, the available space has become limited. We have rented 2 additional rooms to ease the congestion.
We are determined to providing Good Quality Education for the Poor children in the sewage/Matopeni slum area. We believe that Knowledge is Wealthy. And that Education is the only way to EMPOWER the future Generation out of poverty.
And this is the best time we need friends, wellwishers and other charities to come on board and support us to realize the dreams/vision of the Grapevine Hope Centre.

Education for children the world over is a fundamental right, however,in developing countries, it helps to reduce the illiteracy levels in the world. And when the illiteracy level is reduced in the world, it helps nations to achieve MDG 2 by the year 2015
