Posting your Project in your Village: We recommend to outline your project first while offline, that way you can then log in and upload your project quickly. To post your project, please follow the instructions:

Log in and go to your Village

Click on the Project Room tab

Click on the link 'Create new project' (found on the right hand side, under the header 'create new content')

Enter the following information:

Title: A catchy title for your project

Status: Select the status of your project. Whenever this project is finished, here is where you can change its status.

MDG: Select the corresponding Millennium Development Goal.

Expertise: What expertise relates to your project?

Keywords: Enter any keywords that are associated with your project (i.e. dairy farming, women cooperative, etc.) Whenever a Neighbour searches for these keywords in the search engine, they will find your project listed.

Body: Here is where you can give background about your project; what your community hopes to accomplish, what has been done already, etc.

You can also upload a file document if you wish by 'attaching a file' and uploading a document from your computer. (This is optional.) Once you have entered all the information above, please hit SUBMIT at the bottom of the page to save it. Your project is now visible in the Project Room. Uploading Tasks to your Project

Under the title of your project (in the project room) click on 'Create New Task'

Fill in the information (follow the guidelines above in the 'create a project' section).

Make sure to set the correct status for your tasks.

You can group tasks under a step. For example, if three of your tasks involve researching, you can group them under Step 1 (or any other step number). Steps help to organize the tasks better.

You can also upload a file document, a video or a picture here. (This is optional.) To save your text, please hit SUBMIT at the bottom of the page.
