How can we promote greater information sharing and networking?

Taking a look at our current model of working, we would like you to consider the following question:
How can we restructure our community to create better networking opportunities among peers? How can we promote greater information sharing among villages to help them achieve results?
What would this look like?

Just discovered this site.
I would like to have a way to contact certain villages at one time. For example, I just learned about www.khanacademy.org. This school offers free school courses online. Every school needs to know about it. A school that does not have computers can have some one with a computer, download chosen courses on to a DVD and use the info from it back at school by printing it, etc. There are two free programs to use to download websites on to a DVD. My computer is in the repair shop so I do not have access to my info.
I am always looking for people who want help farming. 13 May I leave for South africa for three weeks teaching at the University of Port Hare.

Hi Ken
If you haven't already, you could post about Khan Academy in the Education Group http://www.nabuur.com/en/group/education/project
When you post it there, mark it as a Resource (select as Content Type), and it will appear on the Resources section of the group as well as under the task where you post it - not sure how many people know about the Resources tab in a village/group, but some will find it.
The purpose of groups is to share information relevant to everyone with a particular interest, although the idea has never really taken off.
Good luck with your trip!
Mary
Thank you Ken and have a safe trip to South Africa and enjoy your stay over there :-)

Hi Mary
Nabuur should be made to appear on front page of most frequently used websites and should be officially allow in universities, colledges and other schools to get most students involved. It can also advertise its purpose, achievement and plans on most Known media such as BBC,CNN etc.to get people involve. Those in twitter can send tweets on Nabuur on how the organization is helping the deprived areas and how others can help raise fund for the organization to continue on their achievement. This should not only be done twitter but all other social network known.Members can also do their part by educating people, colleagues and friends about Nabuur.
I hope this can send a great signal to people on this site.
Opoku DANIEL.
Hi Daniel-
You can find Nabuur on Twitter here: http://twitter.com/#!/NABUUR
Nabuur has a Facebook fan page located here: http://www.facebook.com/nabuur
Nabuur also has a LinkedIn group here: http://www.linkedin.com/groups?gid=81324
YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/user/NABUUR?gl=NL&hl=nl
It always helps when other people share information about Nabuur. You are very right in that students could be a huge benefit to the projects here. If you have ideas about how to share information differently to attract more students I'm sure we'd all be very open to considering them.
Kind regards-
Jennifer
