THE APPRETICESHIP IS ONE OF THE WAYS THE WORLD IS GETTINING PEOPLE TRAINED ESPECIALLY PEOPLE WHO CAN NOT MEET FORMAL EDUCATION AND EARN A LIVING SO A PROJECT OF THIS NATURE NEEDS TO BE ININTIATED AND SUSTAINED TO ENABLE THE LOCAL COMMUNITY CHANGE THEIR LIVELIHOOD.

this kind of training should be built on a foundation of enlighting the appretice on the need to be equiped with such a career. This can be done by first locating the needs of the beneficiaries and then tackling it from that angle.
