Have a look at the website http://www.tfsr.org for sewing machines or other things.
Liberia is not one of the 6 countries they mention on their site, but you can contact them if they are willing to donate to your project as well.
For nearly 30 years Tools for Self Reliance has helped to relieve poverty in Africa by supporting small businesses and by raising awareness in the UK. With the help of hundreds of dedicated volunteers in the UK we fund business skills and other training projects in six countries in Africa. And each year we put tens of thousands of refurbished tools and sewing machines into the hands of people who really need them. We couldn’t do any of this without you!
many thanks for the info you've provided. It's really appreciated. I just read your post and decided to send you a quick message. I will check the site later.
If there's any way that we can work together in helping Liberia benefit for the arrangement, we would really appreciate it.

Hi everyone
Many thanks to those of you who contributed to this task, you have come up with a great many useful suggestions!
Paul and I will take a look through the organisations posted and contact those who appear to work with groups in Liberia. We will keep you updated.
To avoid confusion I am closing this task, as it is being replaced by several other more specific ones that focus on the school's main priorities. I will create those gradually over the coming days and weeks and will copy any relevant information across to those tasks.

Hi Alex
Welcome to Nabuur!
Yes the school is still in need of donations so if you and your shop are able to donate toys, clothes or other items for the school and send them to Liberia that would be wonderful :) Please let us know!
You can also find more information about the school at http://helpliberiaschool.org/ and http://www.facebook.com/helpliberiafoundation
