People in Buterere Community work closely and the community is a society in which every member is answerable and has an obligation to the wider community .

Majority of the habitants of this community are women, youth and men, mainly with less income and knowledge (life skills). Many of them speak local languages such as Kirundi and Swahili. Principle activity is agriculture even if the land is neither reproductive, nor available and because of the climate change. People there, deal also with small businesses. Beans (IBIHARAGE), rice (UMUCERI), cassava bread (UBUGARI BW’IMYUMBATI), potatoes (IBIJUMBU) are foods which are the most cooked in many houses. When children and youth have eaten those foods, are very happy to reaching the schools and kinds stay at home playing with their….Youth in this community like to play foot ball, enjoying music and group discussions and the habitants of this community are happy to share the fewest they have with visitors and neighbours, you are welcome in this community.
NOTE THAT they are thirsty of improving their life skills; if they have a new visitor they dace, prepare something like gifts for him. Dear friends,
