The Internet Archive is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that was founded to build an Internet library, with the purpose of offering permanent access for researchers, historians, and scholars to historical collections that exist in digital format. Founded in 1996 and located in the Presidio of San Francisco, the Archive has been receiving data donations from Alexa Internet and others. In late 1999, the organization started to grow to include more well-rounded collections. Now the Internet Archive includes texts, audio, moving images, and software as well as archived web pages in our collections.

Greet!
These help. we will see if they provide what we just need.
But I hope WHO or UN agencies don't support one Organisation, I think it is better to address to WHO or other UN agencies as a Coalition?

Thanks Janni.

"Information Fund 2009
02 August 2009

The BMA International Department runs the BMA Information Fund which helps to provide health information to organisations in developing countries. The fund donates educational materials, such as books and DVDs, and is run in association with Teaching Aids at Low Cost (TALC).

We are currently inviting applications for 2009 from health care institutions, health NGOs, medical school libraries and other related organisations. Please note that we are unable to consider requests from individuals.

To submit an application, download the two documents on the right hand side of this page"

Note that the Price List only gives limited information on each title. More detailed information on each book can be found at http://www.talcuk.org/shop.htm

Could a volunteer check out the website and post a reply about whether or not this could be useful to BCDC, what the requirements are, and what needs to be done.

Thanks!!!!!!
