We need a lot volunteers here to assist us with some complicated tasks like this and i do hope you will leave us hanging.I have sent a written draft we did just to have something to use as we go on.Then we can work on that and retrieve some data info and put together one that we can all use.Then we can move a management manual or plan if you have an idea of it.

David had promised to help but he can not be reached as he did not give me his alternate email add.We can always combine our efforts to complete this task as fast as possible.

You will learn that we have other committed neighbors who have worked tirelessly to bring charity to a level we are today and we hope you are such a one we have been waiting for.Take an action as children are waiting for your help.Just give us a call and we will be there to help you with info you may need.

The lifeline radios should be able to help 200 additional students. They are also beneficial for those children not having the opportunity to attend class. Thanks for all this!Indeed,we were meant to go a long mile together.Truly this will help children to access basic knowledge and education even in remotest areas of chibolya.CEHO is coming up so well and has more famous in the district for its long outstanding performance .Thank you to all of you who made this happen.

The building is now at slab level with the walls merging up soon.The project manager at camara ,a charity we requested computers will be visiting chibolya on a Friday or Saturday for a site inspection before providing the equipment.We hope all will be fine.

I can see you are in the process of a very important assignment. Apart fom a STRATEGIC PLAN and the organization profile, it would be simple to work on the documents using a template or sample documents.it would be faster to help if we could do an organization profile then work on the other documents from this. please visit the site www.fundsforngos.org. From this site you can download all pertinent organization documents. In case of any challenges feel free to resort back.I have just been trying to register my village but the site is down due to ongoing upgrading. Otherwise let me wish you the best.

Hope you are doing well today.Thanks for the information.I am already using the site you mentioned here and its really good site for templates.We are in the process of finalizing the NGO Profile for CEHO ,but if you have a some time to help us.Could you send me the your email and i can always wire the draft of the completed doc.I know it is always good to get info docs the other way which we do appreciate.Let me know if you have any idea but as far as i know we have included all the Content info from Funds for ngos site in the document we created.I'm waiting for my colleague in states to send me a final draft after corrections and modifications.Thank you Tom.

I believe strategic plans come in two major parts. First off, we must be aware of all the SDA's (Service delivery Areas)we intend to achieve in the short term (From now to about 1-2 years)and then in the long term (2-5 years). We can then focus on the costs of achieving these objectives(Financial and input). You foward me your email as well and we will be able to exchange documents as we develop these.

HI All,

Iam glad to inform you all that the long awaited borehole has been dug yesterday.The remain part is installation of storage tank and tank stand which is expected to commence preferably next week.The borehole is 5om deep and there is plenty of water.The school will have access to safe clean drinking water once completed.

Thanks so much for all your contribution in getting this a reality.More complements goes to Estelle trust for the funding.
