Yes i really conquer with you here we have to stimulate active discussions here.Otherwise the funding of school will continue and will go along with other projects.WIll send you the operation plan for more details,this is mainly HIV/AIDS and CANCELLING SUPPORT PROGRAMES will be ideal.That was just an idea but all suggestions are welcome and accepted in any way.But i would be more happy to get the school project done first despite having little activity going on.I feel in this we may have other programmes running along side the school project.Plse do all come aboard so we slush this problem together and find a positive solution to it.

I agree that we could set up a project besides finding the funds, but I also think that we should keep our focus on the funding.
The active neigbhours, although not many, should keep their time focussed on contacting these organisations and not get sidetracked because of a new project.
We could however mail about this project and set it up (not on the website yet) so we can put it on the website at the right moment. I think this moment should be sometime next year, because almost everybody will have some busy weeks in Dezember and so not much time for nabuur.
One more thing about Dezember. Lots of organizations collect money to go to good causses during this time. So I think this should be the time to contact organizations from our list but mainly in your living area. The dezember month is the month people give to the poor so take a look around where you live and contact the people you might know by person.

I just want to realise that the year 2007 is ending soon and inventually,will be in the new year with a new start.Therefore,i would like to wish you all the very best in your endavours to find possible solutions to our local communities in 2007.I would like to thank our neighbours most sincerelly for bringing in tangible results to our villages.It has been ahard time/season of the year and we hope to achieve more results together in the year 2008.So as you refresh your minds to have a start,we wish you a merry and prosperous new year.Chibolya will have a look and a new start in 2008 and all these are just a head of us.Hope to meet and see you there!!!!

I do agree also that we should have a letter headed with our logo though still needs modifications ,that will show something i think.What do others think about it.I Will try to have one soon hopefully this weekend and will post it as a word doc for us to redisgn and improve it.I have also tried to draft a coversheet or executive summary of our proposal .
