The organizations found in the previous task need to be approached. We need somebody with convincing writing skills who can write a draft letter.

REALLY IT'S A GOOD CHEER TO KNOW THAT OUR COMMUNITY HAS GOT FIRST FUNDING.CONGRATULATIONS!
I would like to read the funding letter which monique and stefen has drafted,as they has asked for suggestion.
But i am sorry to inform,i tried a lots to view the letter but i could not.
It will be very kind of you if you please let me know ,how to read the funding letter,PROVIDED ANY MORE EDITING IS NEEDED

We do not have a letter yet.
When I contact a organisation I write a letter/e-mail at that moment.
We should make a letter to contact all funders, but that has not been done yet.
I have the last e-mail on another computer and will post this one soon so we can discuss and change this letter into the letter we all want to use.

Thanks for the letter template and it looks good.But i have a few comments on third paragraph about volunteers of Nabuur asked to help,what of those people who are NOT Nabuur volunteers but have something to help,will they not be given the chance to help at their means?Therefore, we have to put it clear to cater for people who are not neighbours/volunteers but have the chance to help.Otherwise the general phasing of the letter is okay.Thank you.

I read the third paragraph a bit different.
For me it means, that Chibolya has asked us neighbours to help them so that is why we write this letter to different organisations. It does not mean that others (who are not neighbours) could not help.
Should we rewrite this paragraph?

Regarding a letter for support...I think it is important to compose a letter specifically for each funding application you send. The letter should be tailored to the requirements of the organization in which you are applying. Generic letters typically do not work. However, that being said, I have a number of samples used for other projects that may be of use for this. I have attached them here. The letter would have to be tailored or modified for the appropriate purpose.

Thanks for the examples.
I agree that a letter should be addressed to the specific organisation but an example is always easy to use or to partially use.
Iam contacting a dutch organisation at the moment. They need some specific information which I will sent them this weekend (this information is already ready and in our project plan).
