Thank you for attaching the designs. In order to move things along, let me ask you a few questions, please.

~ You say the design has been approved by the regional development district office. Does that mean you have planning permission? Are there any restrictions / conditions, regarding materials to be used or anything of the sort?
~ Apart from things dictated by the regional development district office (if they do dictate anything), what sort of materials wwere you thinking of using? What type of materials are usually used in Ghama for building, including roofs?
~ Finally, the building drawing is quite hard to read in terms of measurements etc, could it be possible to see another less busy one please? Also, it look like there is a garden around the building; will this be used as oart of the training centre (like gardening etc)?

Hi Sibille,

As you could noticed, the task of the building drawing has been accomplished. (only the drawing is not so clear after scanning)I shall try to get it clear.
And the district officers responsible for the development of the area has visited and inspected the site.
All the building materials for the entire building including the roofing could be purchased locally.
There is a football playing ground created, with garden and trees around the premises.

Sorry the tasks is still marked as 'in progress' so I did notr know it had been complicated. If it is completed can we close this task?

You do not have to feel sorry about this at all, because you didn`t knew that the task has been done. The task of the technical drawing can be marked as closed, it is still marked "in progress" a long time before the drawings were made.( the drawings are available now) I guess the Facilitator only has the ability to close a task. The project plan was also filled in by Bas, one of Dromankese`s neighbours. So this task is also accomplished waiting to be closed as well. The only major task which is yet to be tackled is Financing the project. We have to search for institutions, philantropists and sponsors to enable us carry on with the project. It is a major challenge to do.
