Elmina is a community located in the Central Region of Ghana.It is a fishing community with a lot of tourist attractions like the Elmina fort,Elmina Castle and other, yet inhabitant do not access to Quality ICT education.About 90% of Public schools in Elmina do not have computer centers in their school, yet they are studing ICT and write examination on it.It is due to this reason that kirc foundation has decided to raise fund to build ICT center for schools in Elmina .
