My name is Min Bahadur Shahi and I was born in Gamauli. I still live in Gamauli and I am a student of Masters of Philosophy in education. I am married to Bhagawhoti. My life is very regular, wake up at 5.00 AM. FM news, light breakfast consisting of tea, bread and fruit. Then I move to work place back to home at 6.00 PM. sharing with family, dinner, planning for next day then go to bed at 10.00 PM. Mostly I use public vehicle. Gamauli is my place of birth and all are my children. After I saw the poor conditions in which the children were taught I decided to step forward and try to do something about that. I get my energy from within, my feeling that I have to help my community. Social workers in different non government organization helped me to think like this way. Any plan that I am going to complete can keep me awake at night. Any change or improvement that I feel and see. My social work may be less effective without NABUUR. The community would not have the chance on improving their school situation. My motto is: ‘Be honest and work hard with plan’. “We do not for ever, So we do well until we are here." Project Mainly there were no teachers for all classes and poor management in the school. Nobody was responsible for over all management, the headmaster was not capable enough.  There is a primary school which is not supported by the government. The community members are Dalits. The children cannot go outside the village for their education. The school wanted assistance for improving the conditions of the school. NABUUR is fulfilling that dream right now. NABUUR has brought us great changes!! Mr. Garry agreed to provide salary for two teachers. The teachers then took responsibility and helped the headmaster. Now there is clean and interesting environment for teaching. Nabuur is a helping and guiding organization in my life as well as for my community. I learnt more and I encouraged to do better social works. Future plans We would like to have a compound with a school building, toilets and drinking water. We want to appoint more teachers and develop a peaceful and effective learning center in the community. I would like to develop a nice teaching learning center that every child of that community have opportunity of learning without any kind of scarcity and discrimination. Neighbours that join me in Gamauli can expect leading role from my side. It is basically for social development. I always welcome working together and take initiative by all. "Unity is power". Internet plays a big role in my life, I am closer with friends from all over the world and recent documents. I usually check my e-mail everyday.
