$146 to go to reach our fundraising goal!
It's been awhile since I've been able to post an update on how our fundraising project is going. We started off strong and immediately raised over $500. This was followed by several weeks of quiet...but I am happy to report that we're back on track as of this morning and closer than ever to reaching our goal. With a kind donation of $150 today, we now have only $146 left to raise before money can be transferred to begin crafting the remaining sweaters, gloves and mufflers for the 110 students at Krishna Primary School.
We are so pleased with the kindness and generousity that you've shown our project so far and we ask that all of you help us make the push for the last $146. Even if you cannot donate yourself-you can help us by:
1. Telling others about our project-email your friends and family and let them know about what we are doing.
2. Post a link to our fundraising page on your Facebook, Myspace, Blog...anywhere that people can see it.
3. Do you use Twitter? Send out a tweet to your followers and let them know we need just $146 more with a link to the project.
The more people know about our project the sooner we will reach our goal. Remember, your donations help not only the students at Krishna Primary School for the Gamauli village, but also provide wages to the women artisans of the Yoshinkhel village so that they can better support their families.

It's easy to donate and only takes a few moments of your time. Please consider making a donation today and thank you so much for the support you've shown us to date!
