Water is flowing! Fresh water arrives at Shree Krishna Primary School
The water pipeline is now complete and the collection tank is almost finished, but students at Shree Krishna Primary school can now access fresh clean water on the school grounds for the first time. The local representative of the Gamauli village, Mr. Min Shahi, is still at the district headquarters and has been checking in on the work. He will return to Kathmandu on Monday. I had the opportunity to talk with him briefly this evening and film of his visit has been sent off for developing. He hopes to send scans of the pictures soon.
Min reported that the people of Gamauli are very happy and express their thanks to our kind donor from Australia and everyone here at Nabuur. This is truly a very meaningful and important accomplishment!

Dear Jennifer and neighbours
Yes Jennifer is right. I am in Gamauil/district head quarter still. People og Gamuli village and students of that school are very happy. They freequently go to water tap where the water is collected and use water. They are enjoying and they play with water. A student, " Kamal Nepali said that he is very happy and he keeps him very clean when he comes in school and he uses water pot here in school". One of the parent , Kalu Shahi said that he wants to know these donors and nabuur people from near and thay wants to display photographs in ofice room. Head teacher Log dev puri expressed his feeling that the water supply helped in cleaner environment, active participation of students in classroom and increased the classroom time.
The toilet program is about 75% done and the tank project is 25% but the whole water project is also 60% done.
