Education for All and retention rate are both similar roblems in developing counntries. Children are out of school is first major problem and at the same time drop out is being major problem in Nepal and the national rate is 13% at primary level. Now we ar working on teachers training that the teaching learning environment at school is being interesting and creative that students enjoy to live and learn in school. Teachers have stoped corporal punishment and focusing on group work in their classroom.

Since our school Gamauli is benefiting that physical facilities and the teching learning environment is being more effective. Due to Friday program, children stay whole day in school and they are being more responsible at their level. Since the local government is supporting minimum support for improving physical facilities in school.

Please suggest your ideas and experiences for further changes.
