Hi how is the cafe going?

Thank you very much for your inquiry on how our Cafe is doing. at the moment the internet part of the Business Centre is not operational.This is because the monthly fees payable has been increases threefold,hence making it very expensive taking into account the number of clients we are having.We are talking with the service provider to see if we can get a special rate for at least 4 to 5 months after which we are very sure business will pick up.We are also trying to find wellwishers to help us meet the fees for 4 to 5 months which is about $1300.At the rate we were moving in 4 to 5 months the business would become self-sustaining.

Hi, in addition to a loyalty program you can also consider special offers for off-peak hours. Although I'm not sure if you face the problem of queues during peak hours, such off-peak promotion will allow you (1) to increase the utilization of your connection and (2) to generate more revenue throughout the day. am very interested in hat you are doing.first of all bussiness is all about attracting customers and how do you attract them
1.give them something different from what the are getting from others service providers e.g when a customer walks in they want to feel belonging and accepted,how do you do that smile at them ask how you can help them even their name it makes a customer happy to be called by their name when you have just met them they will know the you care.
2.know how to keep your customers happy before and after the sell,how? i believe you live in the same community so the next time you meet your customers say hi and chat for a second or if they came again welcome them by their names you will see how happy the will be.
3.while you are advertising your services try to talk about the benefits of internet e.g hit on their needs like searching for employment,music download,doing research for school and i would prefer if you can just take time with friends in the field advertising the place verbally.i wouldn't mind helping you
to go round.

Try establishing new services within an internet cafe e.g. selling of airtime, sweets, establishing computer courses (am a trainer by the way I can assist in case you need one), Doing other services such as Graphics designing, selling of greeting cards especially that it is valentines period. a lot can be done to advertise the cafe if you need more just tell me where the cafe is I stay in garden and was working in an internet cafe last year before my employer relocated to Ethiopia and took the business.
so we can share ideas.

Hai Mulenga am i stay in garden and if you need any assistance am there for you. the internet cafe will be great if you combine it with other services e.g training of short computer courses which must have a separate room from that of a cafe. your potential customers may start from churches open accounts with members of various churches e.g jehovas witnesses who like research too much, target lodges, schools around the area and surrounding areas and have some promotions for students e.g come in a school uniform and with a new friend then browse for 30 minutes free the next time you come as a group of ten each pupil or student will get 30 minutes free. the same can apply to church groups. introduce various promos and adverts. contact me for more if you can manage I stay in Garden along Pendela road. 0977235421 or 0977659900 are numbers you can use. the second number is off but will be on next week but the first one you can only use it for text messages the ear piece is not ok today. good luck.

Am a neigbour from Garden village and I also reside in the same area I've been involved in computer training for sometime now and at the moment am not doing anything, I thought I can make my self available by introducing a new project in mulenga's internet cafe that will be Computer training using the international computer driving licence(ICDL) syllabus, Designing and hosting websites, Graphic designing, Computer repairs, Networking and general IT consultancy. this will quickly develop Mulenga's task and the internet cafe will boost. the other thing will be supplying of stationery and computer accessories. which I have done before

thanks. my aim is to train the youths of garden in computer literacy and avoid beer drinking and smoking which the youths in the area use as recreation. for some time we can even introduce free training but just pay for certification.(the amount of a certificate must be equal to the training fee so no loss.)if only a computer literacy centre can be developed within garden then the village can lessen the number of youths found in bars instead more youths will spend more time using the skill.
