Situations ranging from excessive beer drinking, loud music play from taverns that surround our community, x-rated video showing and prosititution among other things have become an acceptable norm among the elders of our community. Our children and the youth have no friendly places where they can spend their time constructively. Whether we like it or not, our future leaders will grow into ill-mannered citizens without a vision as education is an option for those who may wish so. We trust creating an oasis of capacity building and promoting assertiveness in these young ones amidst such given circumstances is incompatible and necessary.
