TURNING POINT is one of the Program that has been started by Fountain Youth Initiative in Githurai to reduce the high rate of unemployment among the young people and young single mothers and the impact of unemployment.

TURNING POINT has adopted a model where it offers entrepreneurship training then trainees are put in the social incubator, currently 15 vulnerable youths and young single mothers have undergone training and are in the incubator working on the jewellery and African materials.This program plans to establish modern social enterprise incubator that will offer selected skills hence put in the incubator to nature their skills then mentored hence assisted to establish enterprises.

Turning point targets to benefit 300 vulnerable young people and Young single mothers annually thus reducing the high rate of unemployment and it's impact which has made Githurai to be a bad place.

Turning point intends to establish the following initiatives ;
1. Jewellery
2. Computer Training
3. Embroidery and Sewing
4. Rearing rabbits and Chicken.

Fountain Youth Initiative kindly request volunteers or organizations to support with any of the initiatives because the group and the community has limited resources to realize the targeted goals thus support the initiatives to transform Githurai to be a better place.
