Conduct a market survey for a cyber café in Jinja Central, Uganda

We're looking for options to make the computer training centre self sustainable. One of the options is to use (part of) the centre as a cyber café and hence generate some income.
Please find out:
-how many internet cafés are there in Jinja?
-how many people go there?
-do the existing cyber cafés make a profit?
-would there be enough customers left for a new internet café?
-how much do the existing cafés charge for their services? (think of internet access, copies, prints, coffee/tea/fresh drinks, ..etc)
Maybe one of our Ugandan neighbours can adopt this task? 8-)

I tried to look a round and the second hand computers here are sold at $300 US Dollars Pentium.
Hi Paul (and other neighbours from Uganda),
Can you tell us how much you pay for internet access?
And are there usually internet PC's available? or do you have to queue?
