I Believe that they will benefit if we focus on the CORE Jinkfuin and do it right for the sake of other areas and people in Africa that are needing help. That is Jinkfuin the essence of the project core gradually leading to encompass all those areas of stricken poverty, sickness and unhealthiness that will be blessed now and long-term because we will centralise operation from Goodness and Mercy Mission center in Cameroon, West Africa. I promise you that.
I believe then that by sorting out the central operational unit Goodness and Mercy Mission the others will blend in very nicely . At this point managering the project is hard and we as leaders and managers have to uphold this role and maintain leadership characteristics such as : charasmatic, transformational, transactional, and humour etc, besides being a cultural total quality manager and coach with a healthy strong stomach to stomach all and a strong jaw that could handle the fist full of no dollars and punches.
Nature and Culture like I said have a natural way in compromising effective changes to suit needs by allowing for nature to naturally take its course by producing resources we need. The important thing is this; we are going to implement a project from the core location thus ensuring that charitable/business operations are from the perspective of the locals and neighbours with the support from offshore and government of Africa.
I think this is the longterm solution the UN need to see so that to integrate and create a more friendly and sustainable environment working together in nurturing society interface by religious charitable/business components of cultural paradigm.

Teh, If you ask me that will be my decision: In upholding and mainitaining and enhancing my own humanistic goodness, that of a little person, I hereby reaffirm, one leader to another, that it is pretty difficult to make decisions on the basis alone of the shortcommings of technology, coupled by both the unknown, the distance between each and everyone of us, not to mentioned human weaknessess and limitations.
These are few of similar problems Jethro Moses's father inlaw had wisely pointed out to Moses as the key problem of his leasership and managerial techniques while trying to manage his people and family that have grown out of proportion etc.
To help prevent us from making the same mistake, I hereby courageosly pronounce that we capitalise on Moses mistakes, we will begin from the Core Jinkfuin and then gladly welcome all of those areas where potential expansion is a possibility in order to help all of DPLSMCI's approved clientels and customers. How are you all. Hope the last discussions have finally clear all other issues concerning scams, fake ids, etc.
Good news just got back from work. I have done a thorough job getting rid of all potential scams coming through my google gmail. The important thing is that I am not accepting anymore characters using my gmail email and therefore will continue to identify scams and other unwanted messages. Official Approval and even perhaps passports and so forth will be reuqired for identifications to be considered and approve for the Jinkfuin project. I mean it is pathetic to look at something with out appropriate ids and trustworthy relationships and programme development. Forgive me but that is the common sense thinking
All is well. Jinkfuin is the village in Cameroon Africa, place of project concentration and focus all the way. Apologies to all who are not accepted under the DPLSMCI code. I hope that anydocuments for finalisation and approval and required signatures by the true and relevant parties will be ready in the near future. I would say: Teh Francis Yai, GMM Jinkfuin Cameroon, Leutele Grey and the UN would be the signatories requred for approval. I am also awaiting merger contract between Leutele Grey DPLSMCI and GMM Head Office West Africa for signatory.
Some where up the top, I have submit a request calling for a commission of enquiry concerning potential animals with HIV being delivered to Africa. I hope that Teh and GMM have contacted the African government and UN agents from Africa and the UN Secretariat awareness.The important thing is that we raise awareness to the significance of this issue. I will give you further developments here with DPLSMCI so that we can finalise our strategies.
I will go through all the things we have discuss on here and especially the ones suggested by you Teh. And formulate the third document to finalise the projects under DPLSMCI. In the meantime Teh, if you want to do the same, why not list everything you want to be in the Project under Jinkfuin Code. Example IT, Computers and so forth. Can you Teh do this as well?

Look if you guys concentrate on the other way of funding the project and the DPLSMCI card. Revisit the documnet I asked you Teh to print and pin on your wall. Checklist of things to do for the project. The other very effective way to negotiate with the UN is to say fore eample which ever village Teh that you are absolutely sure off and confrimed that will subject for merger under GMM Mission Jinkfuin Africa: we can do an estimation budget and perhaps to the UN and The African Government and for example they can then allocate annual budget of $500,000 dollars under Jinkfuin Cameroon HQ per each village. Then the DPLSMCI Card can then be used appropriately under the supervison of the Corporate Governance of the Organisation but do not forget to develop a good esay accounting payable and recievalbe (uou know basic bookkeeping) so that we can learn and use for accountablility. I believe that the only way individuals can become responsiblt and even more committed to his or her course is if they are given the responsibility to learn and management the importance of budget and they will spend wisely. Because if you dont the your money will run out and no more for the rest of the year.
Forexample, if Tonni's Area and Waitaka village are going to be merge with Jinkfuin, that means each on of those villages : 1,2,and 3 (Jinkfuin)may be granted 500,0000 dollars/Euro and allocated under the annual Jinkfuin Budget and the total should be 3villages x $500,000.00 = 1500,000.00. My brain is not working but correct my caluculation. I am not a knowledgeable person. Now this way the Leaders/management on the location will take responsibility and budget and manage and concentrate on constituting and purchase your needs. While the Corporate Board and Management concentrate on building accommodations to accommodate the charitable organisations, government agents, un agents and other small and medium size business in Jinkfuin so that we can work our way through to other poverty stricken parts of the country. Again we must ensure all the funds go to Africa. Not America or any other place not mentioned in the project documents.
Do not let the problem about difficulties with identities and so forth stop you Teh from carrying on. Remember, for administration we will design appropriate documents and immigration and govnemrnet forms and official photographs require for identification and approval and decision making processess. The Focus is Jinkfuin in Aftica and the guys above Ghana.
You must include IT and Research and Development under the education and Agriculture. Like I said do this right Jinkfuin will be the model for other jobs that follow. Teh is obviously the ace genius on computers. Jinkfuin and GMM will never be made responsible in paying anyone or group or organisation unknown by the Jinkfuin Code.
I will get back to you on more developments regarding Jinkfuin Code and DPLSMCI so that you can officiate if this has not be done to be used for raising your funds in Jinkfuin as well.

Africa is regarded as a country consisting of worst kinds of poverty stricken areas where people are suffering without end from anything aspect of life so I am not worried about projects and activities and needs to undertaken now and in the future. On the other hand identifying, correcting and clarifying your stakeholders particularly the needy is the important part
I Believe that they will benefit if we focus on the CORE Jinkfuin and do it right for the sake of other areas and people in Africa that are needing help. That is Jinkfuin the essence of the project core gradually leading to encompass all those areas of stricken poverty, sickness and unhealthiness that will be blessed now and long-term because we will centralise operation from Goodness and Mercy Mission center in Cameroon, West Africa. I promise you that.
I believe then that by sorting out the central operational unit Goodness and Mercy Mission the others will blend in very nicely . At this point managering the project is hard and we as leaders and managers have to uphold this role and maintain leadership characteristics such as : charasmatic, transformational, transactional, and humour etc, besides being a cultural total quality manager and coach with a healthy strong stomach to stomach all and a strong jaw that could handle the fist full of no dollars and punches.
Nature and Culture like I said have a natural way in compromising effective changes to suit needs by allowing for nature to naturally take its course by producing resources we need. The important thing is this; we are going to implement a project from the core location thus ensuring that charitable/business operations are from the perspective of the locals and neighbours with the support from offshore and government of Africa.
I think this is the longterm solution the UN need to see so that to integrate and create a more friendly and sustainable environment working together in nurturing society interface by religious charitable/business components of cultural paradigm.

Teh, If you ask me that will be my decision: In upholding and mainitaining and enhancing my own humanistic goodness, that of a little person, I hereby reaffirm, one leader to another, that it is pretty difficult to make decisions on the basis alone of the shortcommings of technology, coupled by both the unknown, the distance between each and everyone of us, not to mentioned human weaknessess and limitations.
These are few of similar problems Jethro Moses's father inlaw had wisely pointed out to Moses as the key problem of his leasership and managerial techniques while trying to manage his people and family that have grown out of proportion etc.
To help prevent us from making the same mistake, I hereby courageosly pronounce that we capitalise on Moses mistakes, we will begin from the Core Jinkfuin and then gladly welcome all of those areas where potential expansion is a possibility in order to help all of DPLSMCI's approved clientels and customers. Today is Sunday July 12 2009 time 3.21pm and this is the finaly declaration in support of the orignial Documents and Charter of the Project posted on this site as promised by me earlier.
WHAT TO DO TO SOLVE THE CUSTOMER/STAKEHOLDER PROBLEM
This means that the best action to be undertaken by the management of the Project is to make note of all those individuals from and within the country of Africa including the two gentlemen below and potential future clientels/customer that have/and or may make contact with us seeking help, so that we can automatically collaborate and integrate our Techcculotlogy: Dplsmci ; culture; Infrastructure services and products where appropriate with them as we progress along. So we gladlly welcome our customers and future potential customers from hereon. I have named and make note of them all so far in my writings here in the Nabuur site.
One more thing Teh, you and your wife can use my gmail email and discuss with me any issues relative to culture, religious and business and patents like you ask on the other side. And you know the reason I need to sign official documents is to overcome the risks of doing things with legal nature on the computer, its asking for trouble. How are you all. Hope the last discussions have finally clear all other issues concerning scams, fake ids, etc.
Good news just got back from work. I have done a thorough job getting rid of all potential scams coming through my google gmail. The important thing is that I am not accepting anymore characters using my gmail email and therefore will continue to identify scams and other unwanted messages. Official Approval and even perhaps passports and so forth will be reuqired for identifications to be considered and approve for the Jinkfuin project. I mean it is pathetic to look at something with out appropriate ids and trustworthy relationships and programme development. Forgive me but that is the common sense thinking
All is well. Jinkfuin is the village in Cameroon Africa, place of project concentration and focus all the way. Apologies to all who are not accepted under the DPLSMCI code. I hope that anydocuments for finalisation and approval and required signatures by the true and relevant parties will be ready in the near future. I would say: Teh Francis Yai, GMM Jinkfuin Cameroon, Leutele Grey and the UN would be the signatories requred for approval. I am also awaiting merger contract between Leutele Grey DPLSMCI and GMM Head Office West Africa for signatory.
Some where up the top, I have submit a request calling for a commission of enquiry concerning potential animals with HIV being delivered to Africa. I hope that Teh and GMM have contacted the African government and UN agents from Africa and the UN Secretariat awareness.The important thing is that we raise awareness to the significance of this issue. I will give you further developments here with DPLSMCI so that we can finalise our strategies.
I will go through all the things we have discuss on here and especially the ones suggested by you Teh. And formulate the third document to finalise the projects under DPLSMCI. In the meantime Teh, if you want to do the same, why not list everything you want to be in the Project under Jinkfuin Code. Example IT, Computers and so forth. Can you Teh do this as well?
Teh, if you have not have access to the email I have sent to Rossel on this site please let me no and I will post them here as well. Better still raise another new private email on google gmail or whatever for communication and you photographs.
You know on this screen there are to ways of replying one is where I am posting this message right now. The other when you click on it, it brings up the email screen to formulate your message with the name Rossel automatically set up to sit on that bar and then you type your message. Any time I reply through that channel it is under that name Rossel so that I am not sure now if you are able to access that particular email because I should think it is under the name Rossel but as usual I always type on the message area the name Teh which means Rossel knows about these messages and I have not hide anything from her. That is the reason that I just need confirmation that you are getting the messages because they are important.
There is a time whereby decisions have to be made and finalise. So come next week I will finalise the project strategy on the basis of the discussions right here and important issues missing and very much need for approval. So have you got everthing you wanted Teh and can you post them on here. I will base the final round on the basis of the Important Project Documments and on the matters on here. The goodnews is that the guidelines are clearly set in the important project documents.

The boys a'okay. I ve explained earlier see messages above the situtation. At this point the correct Ids and good systems development to manage all types of risks inculding scam and what nots are strongly recommended. The only id that he has given is that of a yahoo one and when I am able to go my email I should be able to post here the message from Tonnie yesterday. He said someone go hold of his password and is now using it pretending that he is Tonnie. And he added the things that he want for the project as stated above. So no big deal. I will not listen to those type of things and even if he is in serious trouble for example, there is absolutely nothing I can do about that. He is entirely on his own lonesome self. Another thing after watching Micheal's memorial services many lessons learned.

Well I got up early this morning to participate in watching Michael Jackson's memorial service 4am to 9am. Fell asleep again. Hello Rossel, funny because I swear I could pinpoint some very familiar things at the memorial services. I love the yellow rose and the focus on gold and the earth at the memorial service. So good morning to you guys.
Look if you guys concentrate on the other way of funding the project and the DPLSMCI card. Revisit the documnet I asked you Teh to print and pin on your wall. Checklist of things to do for the project. The other very effective way to negotiate with the UN is to say fore eample which ever village Teh that you are absolutely sure off and confrimed that will subject for merger under GMM Mission Jinkfuin Africa: we can do an estimation budget and perhaps to the UN and The African Government and for example they can then allocate annual budget of $500,000 dollars under Jinkfuin Cameroon HQ per each village. Then the DPLSMCI Card can then be used appropriately under the supervison of the Corporate Governance of the Organisation but do not forget to develop a good esay accounting payable and recievalbe (uou know basic bookkeeping) so that we can learn and use for accountablility. I believe that the only way individuals can become responsiblt and even more committed to his or her course is if they are given the responsibility to learn and management the importance of budget and they will spend wisely. Because if you dont the your money will run out and no more for the rest of the year.
Forexample, if Tonni's Area and Waitaka village are going to be merge with Jinkfuin, that means each on of those villages : 1,2,and 3 (Jinkfuin)may be granted 500,0000 dollars/Euro and allocated under the annual Jinkfuin Budget and the total should be 3villages x $500,000.00 = 1500,000.00. My brain is not working but correct my caluculation. I am not a knowledgeable person. Now this way the Leaders/management on the location will take responsibility and budget and manage and concentrate on constituting and purchase your needs. While the Corporate Board and Management concentrate on building accommodations to accommodate the charitable organisations, government agents, un agents and other small and medium size business in Jinkfuin so that we can work our way through to other poverty stricken parts of the country. Again we must ensure all the funds go to Africa. Not America or any other place not mentioned in the project documents.
Do not let the problem about difficulties with identities and so forth stop you Teh from carrying on. Remember, for administration we will design appropriate documents and immigration and govnemrnet forms and official photographs require for identification and approval and decision making processess. The Focus is Jinkfuin in Aftica and the guys above Ghana.
You must include IT and Research and Development under the education and Agriculture. Like I said do this right Jinkfuin will be the model for other jobs that follow. Teh is obviously the ace genius on computers. Jinkfuin and GMM will never be made responsible in paying anyone or group or organisation unknown by the Jinkfuin Code.
I will get back to you on more developments regarding Jinkfuin Code and DPLSMCI so that you can officiate if this has not be done to be used for raising your funds in Jinkfuin as well.

Good Morning. Having the computers and starting work with the youths is most important to me. Seeing them idle and seeing the demand in computer work I just feel a strong foreboding to help them. Up till now 3 computers are there and I wanted about 10. The funny thing is that other computer accessories and equipment are not there at all.
