The community seeks a feasible plan to construct and maintain a school, consisting of three apartments. The school will provide 95 underprivileged children and orphans a quality primary education, while serving as a model for other schools in...
the vicinity. A local church will provide scholarships for most of the children.
Do you know anything about SDI Networking People in Cameroon. This is something that I ought to handle but I am thinking whether I should end this link due to the reason that I am not interested with their activities due to the reason that I am into something totally different from what they are doing. I am more into the physical and actual participation in working with the real people that is needing the help not so that I can participate in doing other things and they are all good. Its just that my interest is focusing on something more down to the indept of the needy customers. That is what I am here for.
Please reply. I have already a while back said no because they sent a few documents for contracts and demand qualifications and references. But then the 20 year old indian lady who claim started a group of 3 a while back in Cameroon who is 20 years old and counselling youth all arouhd the world is insisting that we work together and I am assuming the DPLSMCI Project because it is the same thing but want more in chatts and things like that. Can you please give your opinion on this. Mine, I tend to say no. Out of respect I just need yours because she is coming from Cameroon. I will send you email about this again on my email
Here are the writings between me and Omar. The original messages are still in my Nabuur email if you want them and please do not tell me off. He doesnt seem to reply. I think some of these guys is getting these these old ways and ideas of you guys all wrong. See here is the story: What do I do if I believe I really need help from Teh or someonelse? Of course I want to make sure my correct contact details are gvien to the person of interest regardless of what ever. Why because I do not need anyone to tell me that I am the one who need help. I got that already figured out and easy.
This is the biggest problem facing technology, organisations, groups business etc. They do not understand the meaning of the word Volunteer. Let me define the term "Volunteer" . It is someone offering his or her services out of the goodness of his or her own heart , in his or her own accord, to help someone without regards for payable fees or rewards. What does this mean then in the name of the Good Life. It means that: The website owner, the organisation, the service provider, the rich and the people getting the donations etc etc, do not make the volunteer sign signficant job contract, demand what they want. Instead,to make this easy to understand they ought to beg the volunteer for help, embrace the volunteer, make sure all the correct and accurate names contact details including websites if any, e mail address, no using of the names by others, no pretend that I know them when I truly dont and most of all once he or she overstep the money boundary, donation, contribution and fundrasing boundaries make sure the applicants take care to ensure the volunteers and the project team do not have to play cat mouse games in an effort on our side to try and get the contact details. And if they do not then I and Teh and the project team are not going to crawl down on our feet and bums to beg for mercy to the make believe needy rich person or what ever, that please I will starve for the whole year because I fail to help your lordship and aristocracy person. And forgive this scum of the earth person volunteer begging for someone to come so that she can help you sort of solve all your problems and then open the whole empirical kingdom of life with thanksgiving and allow you to enter with all our contrite hearts:and we will always forgive because that is not what is going to happen.
There you are Teh, If Omar and Tonny do not use this Nabuur site and discuss these things with us here then we will just have to carry on without them. The writings are following below:

All Students; Secondary, Primary, Tertiary
Hello Teh, Greet Rossel for me too, Greetings from my boys. Well GREY here.
Yes looking forward to all the news. I will email to you.
EDUCTION MOTIVATION AND ENCOURAGEMENT:
This may be the perfect time to share some DPLSMCI education and study tips for all students in particular Jinkfuin Youth and Tertiary students. Well sometimes speaking from experience works.
Studying can be a daunting account if you know what I mean. Being a South Pacific Ocean Island woman who speaks Samoan as first language, I was lucky because for what is worth, my native, palagi and French blood connections maintain and enhance intellectual characteristics and traits that my I brothers and sisters sustain automatically but still have to be sharp enough to discover through growth and then use them appropriately.
Translating and interpreatation Process through the brain connecting to the voice power and bring it out through speech to enable communication with others is a very signficantly technical speedy iterative process as many may already know. I use to do it all the time and still do unconsciously. How does it work, well " some one may speak to me in English, and I, word by word, immediately interact implicitly so that even sometimes, before the person finishes what he or she is asking it is already been absorbed intellectually by the power brain Dpol in the Samoan language for me to understand then the power brain translate it back to English, connect to the voice power which speaks through the mouth and out it came in English.
ST MARYS COLLEGE GOLDEN RULE: THOU SHALT NOT SPEAK SAMOAN IN SCHOOL COMPOUND - IT WORKS
I remember in Samoa, When we went to St Marys College after Primary and Secondary, the golden rule was that once the student enter the school compound it is almost a criminal act agaisnt you if you speak samoan and not english. The penalty for that is the worse ever, cleaning toilets for a week, cutting the tough grass with the macheti (blunt like nobody's business), diving in the river with a sack to get rocks for the school foundation, or pulling the worst thorny weeds in hundreds and counting them infront of the teacher (nuns) with bloody hands) Up to this day I remember all the nuns that taught me) and respect them. To top it all the religious cathechist that reports us speaks no english but knows how to put our name in the list for detention. But we get back to him because he goes and grow his coconut trees and when we are hungry because of the punishment for not speaking english in school, me and my school friends make a plan we pull the newley plant coconut trees out cut it with the knife and then we eat and then put the thing together again and down the hole in the ground. And he never get us. And the life says yes Leutele that is not a sin because you were hungry and need food to be strong and healthy and stay focus while learning. Man talk about survival methodlogies for students especially when the st Jospehs boys walk by and saw us cutting grass or carrying buckets to clean the toilets. Well who said anything about consideration for the feeling of grown girls as if we did not pay attention to the boys kind of thing - I call it suffering.
Worse of all before you know it, your whole life becomes focus of the church the community the parents and neighbours and the boys put completely off. Give me a break because this is a little woman too. But to our advantage we blame the situation on starvation in school and then it did not work because the nuns and the priest made us go for confession 3 or four times a week in school, so that I honestly develop my own total innovative methodology of the term "confession" and that is doing it using the "bible and ten commandment" which is probably the reason the bible is now my best mate and tells me everthing. Because it lead me to do an 8 year ancestral research and research the whole bible too. Truth of the truth.
Here is a tip for Jinkfuin and all students. If a student have english as second language like me. It can be pretty difficult to learn and discouraging if you constantly find it difficult to learn due to language barriers, you need support and creative friends or tutors or lecturers that have the ability to make education fun, owning a computer set and a printer helps. Im always interested when I discover a new term and match it up to my own mother language. I tend to make education enjoyable for me by learning and having a great sense of humour as well.
Now that I am at the tertiary level, when I study I play music whether on the tiny 3in one player next to the bedside or on the computer. And even with the music going I can feel the caring and friendly environment and support, encouragement and motivation coming from the "life" and the environment, the knowledge and bible etc.
The atmosphere is just so ultimately friendly and loving so that its like the life, earth and the whole environment are all learning through my learning even though they know much more than me. We laugh, we learn and yet, I suffer and all may cry because something might be too difficult and I did not get it.
Guess what Teh they cry, and everthing become very still and silent and then I feel that I have to explain to the life, earth and environment, why I am emotional and why I am crying. And my "life" will go out of its way to find out why this little girl as "Life: call me is sad. Life will remind me, its okay Leutele you already have all the qualifications up in the TRP MHJMT Empirical Kingdom which is true. And I feel that 'sacred trail' of the life encompasing me through my own journey here in the seen world. I tell life about the lecturer too and their ideas of teaching when I can not follow anything.
The happy ending is the "knowng" that the life itself has promise to accompany me all through the living witness my sufferings through education barriers such as language barriers. But now life teaches me how to speak english and other languages too because they all belong to the Life. Oh yes indeed, I am a spoil little brat when it comes to the: DPLSMCI, LIfe, The Earth, The Environmental, Music, Moon, Sun, Stars and Sky. So best wishes to all students in year 2009. I am agreat tell tale and that is why Life loves me so much because I tell life everything and life protects me.
Well Rossel, Freedom next week, Doing more revisions to night and Sunday tomorrow I will close the books and rest the brain for monday. Listening to some "Classical Moods, Music for a Summer's Evening: Vivaldis, Tranquillity, Air of Spring and Reflection CD. One of My favourites is of course Nabucco, Chorus of Hebrew Slaves "Va, pensierto , Guiseppe Verdi. Nabbucco is the italian name for Nebuchadnezzar, the king of Babylon. It is a sad song very historical and I am familiar with the contents and I give it back to life. Bible and I are good mates and bible show me. The Classical Mood, Music for a Summer's Evennig CD is just massive and I just cant have enough of it. Got some great Operatic Duets and Classical Guitar. Man I now just become so peaceful and enjoy the music. One way to make education memorable and create urge to keep wanting more.
One thing I do remember though, up to this day, Saint Marys School and College in Samoa were never the same after our lot.
Good Luck and best wishes to all students and the Nabuur crew. The flame of the candle is the light of understanding.
Greetings. It is like I have many things to be writing to you but waiting until you finish up with exams. Send me the contact details of Omar via email.
Thanks. Rossel is sending greetings. She loves to come down and write herself. Be waiting to read from my bbetter half.

Enjoying statistical factor loadings? Unbelievable? Question, why is a woman this old worrying about statistics. You tell them Teh. I am thoroughly enjoying ever minute of studying satistical factor analysis, you reckon. Any further questions Refer Latent varialbes.I got be out of my mind. You think TEH have problems beating the feet 16 miles return trip because of no road. Well try sizing up a woman middle age battling it out with statistical factor analysis. But it is great fun, that is if I pass the exam. So eat your hearts out young toddlers.
Important message, Here are the contact details of Omar also seemed to be knnown by the name of Suhuf from Ghana BOLGATANGA, These infors are available under Profiles Nabuur and he was refer for friendship and now a team member. Can you make acquaitance with him. He has given me other details on my Nabuur email. Confidential at this point. Refer Email strategy later Okay.
Always exciting to hear from you. Well I am just working on a special urgent Job for a local client. Also playing some gospel music on computer. I am now listening to "Majesty".
That is so sad because there is no road but you see that is something I visualise at the local site of our project where you are in Jinkfuin, I see like people making the road and it is like trucks coming over with loads of materials for the Project. I even visualise aeroplanes bringing over some stuff and people wearing TShirts with the logo on them. Well lets hope that roads will be part of our project development and then everthing will be okay. I did not mean to come online but I am really enjoying this whole day of studying and getting back on track. Man that is long walk and Idont think I can handle it. Poor Rossel and other women. It is really gross about how they have to beat the feet all the time. But come on Teh you and the family will be okay. I got a week and a half to the exam now. And My sons Neddy and Nigel are both going out with friends so I am enjoying the house all on my own. By the way it is now 12.08 midnight. So I am signing off now. If you like the avocado tree, I reckon it is a good tree to grow in Jinkfuin. also see if you can grow coconut tree and bananas. We just may look into doing that. Best wishes and good luck with the preaching tomorrow. By the way pray for some more lands for the roads.
These are very good ideas. I have just come back from the journey I undertook. I will take time, study them and get back to you soon. I had to trek for 8 hours to and 8 hours back, doing all the journey on foot, for the road is not motorable. Only bikes could move and I did not find a god one.
Some where in this very area, can you please upgrade by including Writing Tools, such as drawing, colours. standard, formatting (refer to microsoft words). It will be very nice to be able to use these writing tools to improve writing of our messages right here. Sorry, I guess these things start to become important if you are a regular. How is everyone by the way.
I did have some inforatimon from Trade me and others about products such as clothings, sunglasses and so forth from china but man they are so dear. So I do not think it is the right idea. Teh please ask rossel to write some ideas here about your traditional materials and ask the good ladies of the village to discuss and give us a report. The same thing with other items you belive cultural significance and then it is very important that you guys with respect discuss but also with an open mind Teh if there are difficulties or a scarcity problem that could minimize our chances to get your traditional needs. Then please Teh I beg of you and your people to consider very carefully alternatives or subtitutes from out side of your culture. Do not let this stop you and your people from improving your living. It will not change who you are and your culture. Can I please beg you to explain these things appropriately to your people. Tell them I do care, and love them very much. The important thing to me is that they do have good and enough things. Another thing, your natural environment will obviously adjust to these kind of changes.
Alternatives or substitutes means for example: In Samoa, we did not have enough butter and so we value the avocado and coconut as substitute for butter ummm very nice. Its very nice and abundant. And then the other day, the Japanese millionare came to Samoa, and he did not know the Avocado Tree with alot of Fruits, and so he ask a samoan man who did not understand english and difficult to understand the poor Japanese english accent. The Japanese man saw the avocado tree and ask him what is that? And the Samaoan man said, Ahhhhhh same as butter (because he did not know the english name for the avocado tree with lots of fruits (in samoan we call it 'AVOKA")
Same with clothing. We have traditional tapa clothing from leaves and these cultural valuables have become so unabudant so that we now demand the materails from the European people. Guess what I love them. And now so many and never short of those again in Samoa. Another final example, you know before and just after I was born. My native ancestors at the time still predict and tell the time by simply looking at the sky and sun and they can tell whether it is going to be high or low tide. and then make the decision to go fishing so that we can have some food. And they are alwasy correct. But I love my ancestors and scared that someone might drown because there is no canoe. But then I was happy because My my greatgrandfather Trood knew how to make watches and so save by the bell again. See this means you and your people can do the same. Right Teh and I will not bother you again.
Notice you are online. Some benefits for sorting these out:
Roll over daily routine operations,
Centralise Project and Needs Assessments
Monitor and identify new need for advertisement
Control of funding and financial needs as mentioned earlier
Save me from the demands from your area
All synergise and work together from community fundraising and , and expand your purposes in nurturing your culture and environment back.
Good to see you online as well. Once this is over we will start speech and story writing and sell our books and cds online. Hows that. Take care Teh and say hello to Rossel for me. Hows the music coming along. I love and sing alot of gospel music. Life discipline me alot and make me sing gospel music. Lets hope for the best. I notice that DPLSMCI is mentioned on the Nabuur Front Page. Good work. Good luck with your trip to Akeh. Now remember some of these work will be the ongoing jobs to sort our even after the project. All I am interested of now Teh, is to ensure that we put this througth to the awareness of our big guys (bosses) so that to keep in mind and we prepare for the project. Now after the project I will stay alittle bit longer with you and the crew until you are okay to carry on operations and I will probably depart to start working on other demands. Is this okay sweetie? Another thing I want you to know if all goes well then techccultology will provide you and your people with technological products and serive needs. Our big guys are also working on sorting out the Business side of things. Now do not forget, keep asking questions about these things which are available in the Project Document and Scope and others. Another thing alot of information about me have dragged our publication out to the global internet for public view about the Jinkfuin Project. So now we have a significant amount of publication which is shocking amazing. There you are Teh. The Loudness of Silence. Do not forget to email me when you get back. Regards to Tonni, Emmanuel, and Omar. Say hello to the kids and Rossel for me. I am hoping to come and visit you guys so I can get to know your country. Regards
Thanks for tackling situations that nice way. The projects can be incorporated the way you think. I will journey for mission to Akeh and will not have access to internet just the day of tomorrow. As I come back, I will give you detail information about the other projects so you can work on and others. You amaze me wit your skills.

Thanks to my best friend Teh

Welcome back Teh,
Always exciting to hear from you.
Cheers

These are very good ideas. I have just come back from the journey I undertook. I will take time, study them and get back to you soon. I had to trek for 8 hours to and 8 hours back, doing all the journey on foot, for the road is not motorable. Only bikes could move and I did not find a god one.
Teh,
Teh,
Nabbur Team
Cheers,
Leutele
Hello Sweetie,
Notice you are online.
Regards
Leutele Grey
Thanks for tackling situations that nice way. The projects can be incorporated the way you think. I will journey for mission to Akeh and will not have access to internet just the day of tomorrow. As I come back, I will give you detail information about the other projects so you can work on and others. You amaze me wit your skills.
