Hello Rev Teh,
Thanks for the estimation costs. Some things to maintain sustainability - long term vision:
Do not forget to include the early education rooms for preschoolers
Do not forget Principal and Staff Rooms
Do not for get toilets
Do not forget hall
Do not for get water reservoir and school fountain
Do not forget library.
Do not forget nice outdoor play ground for children and parents.
Do not forget nice flag for the school to raise pride/Christian way not political way. That way people can be kind and loving and caring towards each other hence democracy.
And most of all: do not forget to include estimation for some decent educational and office equipments such as second hand computers, chairs, desks and so forth. I hope those kids are not going sit on the floor and be bored with learning. Learning is fun and useful to any child if you include some things such as old calculators or something. Materials for school uniforms can be included. Supply for medical kit can be included.
If possible do not forget staff room for your communal staff to learn how to do funding and grants and write proposals and business planning. I am prepare to extend my time with you and people so we can have fun online and coach and have fun too.
Remember you got to extend your visions long-term and sustainability.
This project is urgent and I will continue to monitor from this end and I will be very happy to know that the work is done immediately.
Oh and do not forget a place for your praises. You can have a mixture of gospel and your own church music. I sing church and gospel music. Part of my learning good for the health.
I will post this online too. Now it is important to include all those in the estimation budget and put emphasis on annual supply hence continuity because it can not be a social sustainable project if you are going to run out of supply already once you start. How boring for the kids to wait- do not create unnecessary uncertainty. Please, by now you should ask for a representative to be with you on site to help you with your feasibility study.
If you need my help to identify these critical sub projects required for operation interms of business plan let me know. That is my field as well. Finally, also remember that once the project is being rolled over for operation, you may continue to look externally for funds and donations to run the school because you may not afford to maintain supply demands particularly taking into consideration your demographic patterns and growth thus establishing trust and credibility.
That is why you do it right now and included all in the proposal for funding plan. The idea is to ensure you have registered your application with the proper authorities and they are now aware of your Cameroon Groups and put West Africa People officially on the UN and UNESCO & World vision map. One more thing, sometimes it is useful to join force with your other leaders from other villages and discuss the possibility of creating a much friendly environment. Through demographic vision, if the population is vulnerable and slow growth and need much urgent attention, you leaders can integrate and coordinate your needs and see if they can be included in one lump sum proposal by your government or Nabuur so that minimize fragmentation problem but tell in the proposal to your government. That way your government can expand their visions on the urgency of the issues needed by the little villages. People matters first

for everything. Children have to come back to school. Children need a safe place, the school has to be safe, children also need a cafeteria, where they can eat and drink their lunch. But safety is the most important issue, there have to be fire extinguishers in the school. Cleaners, teachers, lockers and so on and so forth. If possible a schooldoctor and the building needs maintenance. The school has to be build on solid ground and needs a strong foundation. The basis is the most important.
I hope this will work and that I helped you on a surton level. And I hope the children will have a safe school.
Welcome too. There is a fair bit of work and organising to be done in the funding, grants and ensuring that we do get these aids the quickest way possible.
Good to see you again. I have posted some email to you on gmail. Just to fill you in with some points:
Economy continues to shrink faster. New Zealand has only yesterday announced cutting off its foreign aids to Africa and somewhere else. People here are protesting against it. I have been researching some basic and simple key strategies to prepare you guys for the future and even now. Key development Programmes include the following:
Established a reliable, effective and efficient Funding/Grants/Foreign Aids Infrastructure to meet you guys needs and different projects.
Develop and constitute a digital strategy to service your ongoing demands for technological services and products. Computer is no good if no internet, so government legislation to provide power and energy should already be available.
Establish your connectivities with useful links such as UNDP, Your government need to support by developing a legislation if non has been passed however I notice that Rev Danielle is active here idicates there is already existing legislation governing all your Foreign aids needs which is a beaut.

We need to identify and separate every day basic needs because they are so urgent from core projects such as contruction, agriculture lands scapping etc because they required more technical attention eventhough they are still urgent.
Coach some of your people to be responsible in this field. We provide training it is simple.
I will designed simple idea and email them to you. Do not worry it is really fun, educational and motivational.
Once you this is on the way, we will be ready with funding directions and solutions to solve funding needs for all small and big projects. It is important that we align and integrate our strategies to the external funding and foreign aids applications and due dates, delivery and shipping routes and dates to ensure these tasks are implemented and desired outcome achieved.
Setting up cost Administration and operational infrastructure from my end is just paing the internet and power, paper, my printer and labour. All done by me and cost nothing. You if you already got these things at your office then sweet. Otherwise you got to include your own office operating expenses in the cost of the project for school.
