I did some research and I apply my knowledge for funding scheme and I have come up with an important reminder. Make sure the project is socially sustainable. It is but you got to show that on the project proposal and plan. On the basis of my own country's experiences of poverty, as well as my own expereices from my youth, I have desing some feasible ideas but insist on taking a holistic approach both short and long term with continuity. The file is attached to this message. Do not worry if it will cost you more, because it is the sort of project that is ongoing. Funding appeals have to be desinged and submitted to groups such as the African World Vision, Undp and UNESCO etc. Hope these ideas can be adjusted to your needs. I love the changes on the Desk Top. Very colourful and meaningful. By the way, I have put together some ideas that may be suitable for your beloved children. It is the United Nations Democracy Funding Guidelines. There contact site is suppled below and can be access through UNO contact web Address included. I do not care what problems are happening. As far as I am concern, people's democratic ways are very naturally and physically shown and illustrated well by yourself and Rev and those in need but hindred by too much nonsense. In case you have difficulty accessing the file I am also attaching it for you and Rev and please communicate with Emmanuel. Print the file and keep it so we can start planning and monitoring the applications. Remember there is alot of burecracy involved but guies where there's a will there's a way. Make enquiries through Nabuur if you like. Applications may have already closed for 2009 but keep an eye for the next round. This means plans for funds have to be designed with all necessary documents for future applications on time. Also means projects to be planned ahead. If we get hold of the UN or whatever agents in Africa or if located in another conuntry we will be able to request critical information so that we can do it right year by year and all projects have to be planned annually. Particularly education and agriculture and health. I am sure your government and agents operates the same. More contacts will come through. I believe it is a good way for self taught exercises and it does not necessarily mean that you hold back your already approved project. It will be a very good idea to gather a few more people in your camp from your community and they can learn this. They can be hired to concentrate on funding and this is how we do it in New Zealand for Charitable and non profit organisations. This means all through the year, you and Rev go about doing what you do best while your well taught experts make it their jobs to prepare to compile togther project documents require for funding purposes and complete application forms and apply for funding immediately. Now if it is okay with you and Rev and Emmanuel, can this be a separate technical research and training project for me to set up with you guys and I will conduct research and supply you with the information requried for your trainees to update their knowledge? Further this is going to be part of your Organisational Strategic Focus included in your Vision, Mission and Governance.More about this if you guys approved this. We got to set up concrete strategy to cater for this significant need for your people. The whole idea is so that your own people will develop better understanding and insight to the whole technicality of Fundings, Contacts, Applications and Projects keeping in mind, it can be very frustrating from my end because in the end everthing has to be functional and oeprational from your community location. That is the reason I am asking you to recruit more volunteers from your own people to learn this. Greetings Tonny and Rev,

This website is useful tool to have for fundings. It is the United Nations Democracy Funding Guidelines. There contact site is suppled below and can be access through UNO contact web Address included. I do not care what problems are happening. As far as I am concern, people's democratic ways are very naturally and physically shown and illustrated well by yourself and Rev and those in need but hindred by too much nonsense. In case you have difficulty accessing the file I am also attaching it for you and Rev and please communicate with Emmanuel. Print the file and keep it so we can start planning and monitoring the applications. Remember there is alot of burecracy involved but guies where there's a will there's a way. Make enquiries through Nabuur if you like. Applications may have already closed for 2009 but keep an eye for the next round. This means plans for funds have to be designed with all necessary documents for future applications on time. Also means projects to be planned ahead. If we get hold of the UN or whatever agents in Africa or if located in another conuntry we will be able to request critical information so that we can do it right year by year and all projects have to be planned annually. Particularly education and agriculture and health. I am sure your government and agents operates the same. More contacts will come through. I believe it is a good way for self taught exercises and it does not necessarily mean that you hold back your already approved project.

It will be a very good idea to gather a few more people in your camp from your community and they can learn this. They can be hired to concentrate on funding and this is how we do it in New Zealand for Charitable and non profit organisations. This means all through the year, you and Rev go about doing what you do best while your well taught experts make it their jobs to prepare to compile togther project documents require for funding purposes and complete application forms and apply for funding immediately. Now if it is okay with you and Rev and Emmanuel, can this be a separate technical research and training project for me to set up with you guys and I will conduct research and supply you with the information requried for your trainees to update their knowledge? Further this is going to be part of your Organisational Strategic Focus included in your Vision, Mission and Governance.More about this if you guys approved this. We got to set up concrete strategy to cater for this significant need for your people. The whole idea is so that your own people will develop better understanding and insight to the whole technicality of Fundings, Contacts, Applications and Projects keeping in mind, it can be very frustrating from my end because in the end everthing has to be functional and oeprational from your community location. That is the reason I am asking you to recruit more volunteers from your own people to learn this. Very confindet that they will do it well
