Greetings to you all. I wish to inform you that Kabondo village implements its activities through a registered organization as per the requirements of the Kenyan Government.It is registered as a Community Based Organization(CBO).I have therefore attached the registration certificate here incase one may need it in trying to help the orphans of Kabondo. Thank you very much and i am sure with your support we shall be able to help these disadvantaged children.

I have found some NGOs in the region who may be willing to donate the desktop and laptop, or know of someone who can help us. We will have to write to them and see. Eric / Henry, would we be able to link up on Windows messenger or Skype and discuss how to approach these donors? I can do this most evenings this week, or we can discuss on this forum, whatever is easiest for you. Also, is there any news on the new CBO certificate for the village?

I wish to invite new neighbors to our village, Kabondo. :-) The situation on the ground is not impressive at all. :-? We intend to enlist the support of our online well wishers. Please help in finding at least one laptop and another desktop computer to assist in the management of the orphan care program.

Time is not on side and there is only one month to go to achieve this action needed .

Welcome to this action needed! :-)

This is one of the first actions needed on NABUUR.COM that is endowed with a wiki. A wiki is a type of website that allows users to easily add, remove, or otherwise edit and change some available content. A wiki is a collaborative document to which every neighbour can contribute.

On NABUUR.COM, the wiki can be used to summarise the status of the Action Needed. No longer do neighbours have to read through the discussions to see where they can contribute. They can simply have a look at the wiki to see where their help is needed.

Another purpose of the wiki on NABUUR.COM is that it allows the neighbours to work together on a document like a businessplan, an action plan or on a proposal.
