They just have to have wifi or bluetooth or some way to connect to the internet. The phone is basically used as a modem. I am not sure how this works. It needs a way to connect to the computer. As our villafe facilitaor Barb rightly informed you, the phones donot necessarily have to be new. The only thing is that they should be designed for use with a computer for internet connection. Ordinarily such a phone would have some extra port and a data cable for phone-computer communication. The few phones that i know that have this facility are Motorola L6, L7, L8 and Nokia N Series among others. We would be very grateful if you could help us surmount this obstacle.
