We have completed a project plan and an overview budget as well as submitted the proposal to various organizations. We would like to discuss some alternative strategies for start-up and the ongoing financial support of the project.
The community has already begun prioritizing the activities of the project. Some possible areas for discussion include:
1. Developing 'packages' for priority areas
2. Developing a website/blog to attract outside interest
3. Developing relationships with other projects in the area and on Nabuur

A sample of possible 'packages' is available in the resource section. Please take a look and provide feedback. This is just an example for discussion purposes. We would like input from neigbours, which will then be presented to the community of Kabondo for discussion.

Hello,
Eric and James, the Local Rep for Nyakach, had a very productive meeting and shared ideas and thoughts. They are examining some ways to work together for the mutual benefit of both projects.
